Invincible #118 |
Mar 25, 2015 |
Virtually nothing happened in this issue that any long term Invincible fans would really care about. Oliver got older and much more boring and Terra might be dead (Probably not). The art is still alright. Overall, I'm kinda mad I paid a quarter for this. I don't know what happened to invincible or when it happened, but I really don't like it. |

The Multiversity: Mastermen #1 |
Feb 20, 2015 |
While the characters are great and the story is awesome, the art isn't bad, but its' not Jim Lee's best work. This book is great for both long time fans of DC's convoluted history and new fans who jumped on at the New 52 reboot. It works as a stand alone glimpse into the wonderful world of Earth-10 and the next installment in “Multiversity.” For $4.99 it's a little on the pricey side, but it is a bit longer compared to the rest of DC's books. Also, the cover is great and has a bit of foreshadowing for the events to come. |

All-New Captain America #2 |
Dec 21, 2014 |
This issue is tense, action packed, and has a few unexpected twists but is still somehow generic as it is essentially a carbon copy of “The Winter Soldiers” story line. Hydra has infiltrated everything and no one is safe. If you're going to do a Hydra story you could at least try to deviate a little from the movie. It feels a little cheap. This book has some promise so hopefully it'll take the story in another direction and change it up a little. |

Captain America And The Mighty Avengers #1 |
Nov 14, 2014 |
The last page was unexpected and it is definitely an interesting development. Tony and Cap wanting to destroy the Mighty Avengers? I don't know how bad this new Captain America thinks he is but I really doubt he can take them on. While this issue left me wanting, I'm still looking forward to what's coming next. |
