Overall I give it a 2, it probably won't appeal to anyone other than people like me that like Hank Pym as Ant Man and it could really do a much better job of giving people some background on Hank Pym, but sadly the yawn of a story makes it barely worth the read. I do really like Andrea Di Vito's art in the new story though, which I gave a 4 to. Unless you get a good chuckle out of the reprints I would say you should probably avoid this one, this week. |

It's another fast-paced issue that does not disappoint, and Mateo Scalera's art is as equally amazing and the perfect compliment to this mind blowing story. With a surprise ending that leaves you champing at the bit for the next issue, which is supposed to be 30 pages long and the end of the current story arc, it's another triumph and proves once again why this is my current favorite comic on store shelves. |

It was a fun read, and they way they wrapped things up for this 4th and final issue of the series was kind of cute, from this old man's perspective. I would give it a 5, that is if I wasn't still bitter about the dirty trick Marvel played on me. Damn you, Marvel!! (Shakes his fist in the air, and shuffles back to his rocking chair on the back porch.) |

Another good read here in issue #2. Plenty of suspense, great art by Jesus Saiz, a few questions from last issue get answered, and we are given a whole new set of questions that need answers. It ends on and interesting twist, and the one thing we do learn is that even though we do not know where, or even when, the Green Lanterns are, we do know it is not in any universe, or timeline even, that they are at all familiar with. Well worth the read, and nice to see such an ambitious story in the pages of Green Lantern book that doesn't center around Hal Jordan. I am definitely hooked on this one. |

Brian Kessinger's art is the perfect compliment to Jeff Loveness' witty storytelling as well. Just the right amount of silliness, wonderful expressive faces on every character, and a few great splash pages that make me want to buy another copy, so I can cut them out and hang them on my wall. Well worth the read for any of you that like your space adventures served up with a heavy dose of humor. |

This story is really well written, by Justin Jordan, and the art, by Jorge Coehlo, really compliments it quite well. Giving it a very surreal but detailed look. I really enjoyed this book a lot. I can't help but give it a 5 overall. I thought maybe choosing something I had no idea about would maybe lead me to a rather mediocre story that didn't do much for me, but instead I think I found a real gem here. Now I can't wait for the next five issues in this six issue limited series. I'm so glad where my intuition lead me this time. |

Mad Max: Fury Road - Furiosa #1

It is a nice prologue for the film, as it gives us the set up for how Furiosa came to rescue Joe's wives, from his vile hands. Unfortunately, it gives us very little about Furiosa and her past before that. I think this is a missed opportunity, as she is a very interesting character. I would have loved to learn more about her youth, in the "green place" and how she came to lose her arm, but sadly we get none of that. |

Grant Morrison's writing is superb as always. Great dialogue that really pulls you into each character and, makes each one seem important to the story. Chris Burnham's art is equally wonderful and detailed, and compliments the story well by giving it a surreal and creepy look. |

As a big fan of Hulk I do like this story, and the concept of Greenland is pretty cool. My only problem with it is that it is a little too predictable. I give the book a 4 overall. I love the artwork, and the addition of Devil Dinosaur in a book already filled with great destructive potential makes me practically giddy at times. A good read if you love the Hulk like I do, or just like seeing things get smashed. |

For me, the only thing that would have made this book better would be a variant cover with a Colt 45 reference. I think I need to pick up a blank cover variant now. Are there any artists out there willing to do me a solid? |

I give the book a 4 overall. I really like the story, by Sam Humphries, but the art, by Alti Firmansyah, is not quite my cup of tea. It's good looking and technically sound artwork, but it kind of reminds me of Disney animation, and is just not a look I like for comics, personally. |

If you're someone who is easily offended, you will probably hate this book, and you should probably just stick to reading Archie comics anyway. If you appreciate a good story that is made to primarily offend people, but can also make you laugh and even think, you will LOVE this book. |
