This issue helped the main story progress, but was kind of a "throw away" issue compared to others in this series. More Hal Jordan, Starro The Conqueror and the Red Lantern Corps would have been awesome, but it was an otherwise good book, not a great book, but a good book.

Red Hood and The Outlaws #22 is a very good issue that has lots of emotion, future set-up, and great dialogue, but not enough exciting moments outside of the first two pages. The opening sucks you in while the rest kind of leaves the reader desiring more. However, it is very nice to see The Penguin and Lex Luthor in the same issue that doesnt involve Superman or Batman.

Red Hood and the Outlaws is another win from DC Comics and a must read and a winning addition to any fans comic book collection. Not the strongest of the previous issues of this story but absolutely necessary due to the emotional output from the characters and effort put fort by Scott Lobdell to tell a truly emotional and personal story for Jason Todd.

This was another great story by Scott Lordell in one of the most underrated books in the current DC library. Let's hope this book continues to be this strong in this arc and beyond.

Another good book writer by Scott Lobdell with great artwork by Dexter Soy. The action started awesome and heavy between Batman and Red Hood but the ending seemed a bit flat. Despite its flaws, Red Hood and the Outlaws #25 did a good job and left a major door open for next months edition.

This is the perfect comic book issue. The action is amazing, the drama hits the heart strings and the story and art are 100%. If this is how the “New Age of DC Heroes” will be, then the future is bright. A+++++
