Injustice 2 #1 |

This book was a good start to the series but had some super cliche parts with Amanda Waller and the Suicide Squad that I really could have gone without. |

This issue was mainly used for setup and introduction but with already seeing a fleshed out story and unique artwork as well as a great story so far it is one of the best issue number ones I have read. |

Weapons of Mutant Destruction #1 |
Jun 22, 2017 |
This ragtag group at the moment has no idea that the baddies are cooking up a monster but are a bit pre-occupied with the current mutant killing cyborg camoflague dudes problem. The team splits up and investigates two leads, they get some more information that can potential lead them elsewhere but not where they need to be looking. The writing of this issue goes back and forth, from the good guys, to the bad guys, and back and forth to show the progress that both groups are making toward their goal. The art is very similar to that of X-men gold and other X-men titles and just all around feels familiar which is a good thing for this story. With little action and a lot of setup and introduction this storyline is shaping up to be a really good one and one that I personally will be following. |

X-Men: Blue (2017) #2 |

All around it was a book that sets up story, kinda boring compared to the first issue but some books will feature set up for the next books. Fighting sentinels in the next issue will bring some much anticipated action. |
