The story and art are good, but it's the characters that make Agent of Asgard a solid read, and in this issue, an emotional one.

All in all, the issue felt a lot like filler. A set-up for the next issue, without really providing much itself. While there's nothing wrong with it directly, it simply didn't deliver the story chunks I expected, and even gorgeous art can't quite make up for the empty calorie feeling of this particular issue. However, with the set-up of the cliffhanger ending and the clever winding together of plot threads, I have high hopes for the next issue.
