Damage (2018) #4
Apr 21, 2018 |
Creators and storytellers Cary Nord and Robert Venditti, after displaying Damage's strengths in the last issue, are now perhaps giving us the opposite. Unfortunately, we will not see how this battle between Damage and Ivy willl play out until Damage #5. Although, I am glad to say this wild chase still has me running along trying to keep up. So, I am both curious and excited to see where this arc continues for us fans who have been waiting for a true DC "Hulk." |

The Terrifics #5
Jun 29, 2018 |
If you've been keeping up with the Terrifics, keep at it with issue #5. If you haven't yet immersed yourself in this new series, it's still early on, but you'll definitely want to check out the previous issues to make the most sense of everything. I'm still recommending it and considering it my favorite of DC's “New Age of Heroes” that spun out of from the depths of the Metal event. |

This team receives another passing score here and the consistency every issue has paid off. Make no mistake, DC has been on top of their game in the comics realm as of late with plenty of fun titles to choose from. Jump in if you haven't, yet! |

Justice League (2018) #3

There should be very few people upset with the line up as it harkens back to the animated series, plus ups the overall team diversity with Hawkgirl and John Stewart coming back into play. And yes, Cyborg is still on as well, which I think is good. |

Please check into this issue and the previous few (at least) if you haven't already. The art continues to be out of this park and perfectly matching the overall aura and environment of this creative team and the League they have assembled. |
