Batman: Reptilian #6 |

However, the pacing of Batman: Reptilian #6 was off-kilter, it all went a bit too quick. The ending felt a bit rushed to me, especially when almost everything else throughout the series has been done at a steady pace. Although, if the last few lines are anything to go by, this may not be the end of our wild Killer Croc Baby. I do hope that there's more added to the series because the ending didn't really scratch that itch, unfortunately. |

For Steve Dillon – a big brother to many of us. The script to this book was meant for him, and I would rather have him here by far than be drawing it myself. I'm doing my best to make him proud, but that said, I can feelhim over my shoulder, chuckling a little, saying "No mate! You do you! Shame to waste it!" |

Although this chapter has two pinnacle moments in it, it is a lot slower than the last couple were. The Dark Knight mostly has all the answers now, it's just about figuring out how right he is about his theories. However, with how this chapter ended, the fighting could pick up tenfold in the next one. |

Batman: Reptilian #5 |

The art, as always, is fantastic in Batman: Reptilian #5, however, it feels like the storyline has paused a little. To me, this issue felt more like Batman talking about a theory and thinking of a plan on the fly, and then diving in headfirst without doing much of said thinking. Then again, Batman doesn't always share his train of thought until the end, so we'll just have to find out in a few weeks to see how wrong or right things go for him. |
