It advances the Metal tie in with a plausible plot line and makes some sense toward the fringes of the storyline. Percy handles the characters in the book with plausible and even good dialogue at times. While the art is at best good it is does not hinder the story as a whole. It is a worthy tie in to the bigger Metal story.

The issue is a very good one for the mythos of the Titans and shows us the things that we really like in the Titans over the years. It will probably go a long way in defining the team down the road.

I will not give away the final few pages of the book, but I will tell you it is a discussion between Ollie and the leaders of the DC Universe. The final couple of panels lend some insight into a certain two characters that are a lot alike. Percy has made me want to read every issue in this series and with this issues payoff I am a fan of his Green Arrow.

A good issue overall, liked the dialogue and the story moved to a new level and continued to evolve, this storyline of the Hard Traveling Hero has been a good way to introduce former teammates of Ollie back into the book while moving the storyline along. A good read but down a little bit because of the sameness of the dialogues that occurred between Ollie and his two former teammates from last issue two issues.

Interesting issue with the interaction between two of the classic DC characters. The issue moved the story along and made for a good read overall. It may not be a classic but was worth the time.
