Overall, it's not a bad series, and the artwork is cool. It does hurt from a slow story that adds nothing really new to the series. While the first in the series was good, the second fails to deliver in the same way. If you're a Star Wars die hard, it may be worth checking out, but otherwise I would recommend the “Dark Times” series instead (review for that can be foundhere).

In short, if you're a fan of The Crow, you REALLY need to read this series. If you're not, you should read this and become one. Because, frankly, you will.

There really isn't much else to say, except that this may be the “Star Wars” comic that I'm most looking forward to continuing. It may not have the action others in the genre have (as of yet, at least), but it does a great job on story, character, and showing the Jedi philosophy. If you enjoy those aspects of “Star Wars” as I do, this is one you don't want to miss!

If you're a fan of the Apes film series, why are you waiting? Pick up this comic series now and continue the exploration of the franchise. You will not be disappointed.

With each frame (artist) Damian Couceiro penetrates the heart of the overall theme predominant in the stories of the Apes, which is, at its core, interspecies survival.I really have enjoyed thePlanet of the Apes: Cataclysmseries so far, and look forward to more in the future. If you're a fan of the series, it's something you will definitely want to check out.
