This final issue in the arc had some great characterization in showing Aquaman as compassionate. As well as throwing in some further plots that will surely make an impact soon.

This isn't a great comic for a new reader to dive into, you might have to start from issue 950 to understand the weight of this issue but James Tynion and Co are still moving forward pushing Detective Comics to the top.

Rucka, Sharp, and Martin deserve much praise not only for this issue but for the journey they have taken us all on. Its bittersweet knowing this creative teams run ends in two weeks but I can wait any longer. I must know how this all ends!!
