Justice League of America (2017) #14

This story has the potential to feel like an old school JLA story, the fantastical elements, the search for a missing team member and the high stakes of saving a universe. I just hope that we get that because right now it's feeling like “Crisis in the Microverse” could just end up being forgettable. |

Even if you have read the other five parts I would say don't bother picking this issue up.In fact at this point I really wouldn't recommend that anyone pick up this book. |

There have been many instances within Rebirth where a writer has been able to reintroduce a concept or character to the DCU, many in a much stronger or more original way than this. Justice League of America #18 is a pale imitation of a much better story. |

All the pieces are on the board it is now up to Hitch to bring it all together. The overall pace of Legacy has been a little slow so far but this issue delivered some great character moments. Hitch and Pasarin have delivered an issue that shows the promise of Legacy becoming a great Justice League tale. Despite the pace of the overall story this issue is a satisfying read. |

This issue is a low point for the overall arc. It is not something the next issue can't fix but right now, it is a worry. |

A terrible final issue from a creator who is better than this. 'Legacy' had the makings of a fantastic story but in the end it feels like Bryan Hitch thought of the name and said to himself: "That is a great name for my final arc, Legacy...now, how do I make it work?" |

Once again Geoff Johns and Gary Frank have delivered a first class book. It both pays homage to and moves the story on from the original Watchmen. This issue does contain more set up for future events than the past two issues did and did feel a little to heavy in places. However despite that this book is outstanding. The amazing visuals of Gary Frank coupled with what is quickly becoming Geoff Johns best story ever makes this book a must read. |
