The Toxic Avenger #2 built on the first issue and improved on the confusion of the first issues layout. Matt Bors is building a new world and origin for a beloved character and is absolutely nailing it. The story brings you into the world of Tromaville and lets you into the psyche of all the citizens we are meeting.
