The Toxic Avenger #3 builds on the story Matt Bors has been telling while adding a new threat for our toxic hero. The addition of the alien conspiracy has upped the ante and moved the story forward. The flashback in this issue highlights the past and what has shaped Melvin as a person, and now as a hero. I see a lot of parallels between the cover-up attempts in Tromaville and real life things like the ban of TikTok as the free flow of information isn't something the powers that be like. However, there's more gross-out humor and less dancing in Toxic Avenger. Read Full Review
