Overall, this issue a great follow up to the debut issue and definitely added a lot more excitement. This issue made it clear that this team knows what they are doing and what they want to achieve going forward. Cosmo is a fun and high-energy read well suited for its young target audience. It has a lot of charm, its funny, and it doesnt feel particularly dumbed down.
