Homecoming has a lot of potential in becoming a very interesting and different comic in a super hero riddled world. A good author can make you forget, or not mind, the impractical and that's how Wohl writes Homecoming. Going to high school would not be my first step after coming home but if you let that slide, it's enjoyable. Even though this is issue three the comic has not gotten too deep into the story where you can't start now. Read Full Review

Digitl Noob - Russ Pirozek Jan 7, 2013

While it has its dull moments, Homecoming is a fun and exciting story featuring great artwork and a breakneck pace. Though its one of the final creations by Aspen Founder Michael Turner, it's so far been worth checking out to see his influence as his company continues to make strides in the comic book world. With aliens, superpowers and a twisting plot, Homecoming is one series that should definitely be checked out. Read Full Review

Unleash The Fanboy - Harrison Rawdin Jan 23, 2013

Homecoming #3 is another good release that doesn't raise the bar for narrative quality but nonetheless finds a way to keep this jaunt as engaging enough to simply warrant a purchase. Recommended. Read Full Review

In the end, this was a solid comic that could interest readers who are into aliens and even into people with powers that are not necessarily super heroes. Those are the type of people I would recommend this comic to. Read Full Review

Comic Bastards - Dustin Cabeal Jan 10, 2013

I can’t hide my disappointment; while it’s generally not a bad issue I was expecting it to continue on the same path the second issue had started as far as quality and storytelling. This issue felt like a step back rather than forward. I’m still interested in the series and will return for the fourth issue for sure as I still have high hopes for the series as it continues, but the next issue needs to spend more time developing the characters and less time with the plot. If you've been enjoying the series though you should check it out and decide for yourself about it. Read Full Review
