It's a cultural and almost literal civil war on the streets of Heavenside, and the Manhattan reporter sent to cover it is realizing that Doktor Sleepless is behind it all. Does that make her dangerous to him -- or interesting to him? It's hard to tell which would be worse for her, given what's happened to things that catch the Doktor's attention so far... Warren Ellis' satirical-political science fiction novel continues!
So, while I'm not really sure what the point of this issue is, there is a lot of information and plot movement here that will become essential as the story continues to develop. Which, now that I think about it, is exactly how the narrative line of The Wire worked. So Ellis is apparently doing something right. Read Full Review
