E-Ratic #2 is a fun and enjoyable comic. The conceit of having Oliver's powers last only ten minutes is a nice and unique touch. There's something about it that makes it feel nostalgic, like on Knight Rider where Kit only did a turbo boost once per episode. The "10 minutes of powers per day" leaves a lot of tine to fill. It's a lot of young high school stuff, and that's not appealing to this reader. Think an old school Peter Parker book with only sporadic Spider-Man.
