After throwing Humpty into custody for the murder of the Eastside Witch, the police precinct has all but closed the book on this case. Without the law on his side, Detective Frankie Mack must take the investigation into his own hands and find a way to end this growing turf war before there is no going back. Someone is looking to put this town in an early grave and it is up to Frankie to find out who before another key player bites the fairy dust.
Overall, Fiction Squad #3 is a page turner. Once you start reading it is very hard to put it down. The art helps bring in younger readers while the older readers can enjoy the story with jokes that both generations can't help but laugh. I highly recommend getting into this series as the plot thickens with each passing issue of Fiction Squad. Read Full Review

While I do look forward to seeing how the story of Fablewood's troubles continues to unfold, I hope we'll have less gratuitous female skin (or at least, more gratuitous male skin to balance it out) — and a clearer direction of where the story is headed might help, too.
