  Overall, Valen the Outcast continues to be an enjoyable read, though there are more than a few things that indicate this series could fall into a very repetitive story if Nelson isn't willing to mix things up and give us something we have never seen before. The art by Scalera continues to shine, and if you are into the fantasy genre, this book is a good read. Overall, Valen the Outcast #3 earns 3.5 out of 5 Stars. Read Full Review
