The B.P.R.D. desperately grasps for a plan to save humanity from a deep-seated danger, while Hellboy is visited by an old acquaintance with new information.
Each chapter of this series ratchets up the tension as the end looms closer. The story is fantastic and the visuals superb. I'm grateful for the insertion of hope in this issue, because without that, why bother? The apocalypse has never been so entertaining. Read Full Review

All the signs and portents have been read, the population of the earth is dwindling, and the dragons are rising from the depths. There's nothing left to do but sit back and wait for the end of the world. The final cycle of stories in the Mignolaverse are rapidly ramping up for their certain-to-be-bloody conclusion.
