There is really nothing wrong with this series. Even if you consider me to be bias towards Mignola's work, this issue is just too damn good to turn away from. David: I'll go with an 8.5. I guess we can think of it as the second fifth of a movie. If I were watching a movie and the second fifth was great and I didn't know where it was going completely still, I think I would still really dig it. But I'd have to demerit it a bit.
