The first issue of Cyberpunk 2077: Kickdown offers little new: it is a collection of science-fiction tropes communicated through semi-juvenile dialogue and electrifying color. Good issue, well done twist at the end. You knew it had to be one of two things, but I wasn't sure which would be true until the last page. I definitely enjoyed this more than XOXO, I hope Cyberpunk comics continue to be a regular thing because it's one of my favorite recent settings/franchises.
