Overall, the writers in this story do an amazing job with their stories. Each one is very exciting, and they are fun. Its a tricky comic to reviewand I could go through every single one of the 10 stories on offer but, since each chapter is only ten pages long, I worry about even mentioning them. This could go against BCPs spoiler free nature. Quality wise its a mixed bag of 6, 7 and perhaps even an 8 out of 10 but put them all together and it becomes an experience. Read Full Review
Well some stories wrap in this issue which means new stories will take their place in the next issue, but the new editions to this issue did a great job of shaking off the apathy I was beginning to feel towards the anthology. Overall though, these are very minor complaints and are easily overlooked. The good stories are all highly imaginative with cool concepts that are well worth exploration and are wrapped up in solid writing and absolutely beautiful artwork. Some of which were the best I've seen while reviewing comics. Additionally, the number of good stories in the issue far outweighs the mediocre ones so I can easily assure you that this issue is undoubtedly worth the cover price this time around. Dark Horse Presents number 30 is a great jumping on point for new readers who are interested in the series and if you're already a long time reader I can promise this issue won't be leaving you disappointed, highly recommended. If you've been following this series, you may want to defer to critics that have as well. If you're a newcomer like me, I'll tell you this: there are enough interesting moments here to make it worth a try, but I'm not holding my breath for the next issue. Read Full Review
