Groo the Wanderer is back and stupider than ever... which is pretty stupid. In this, his latest mini-series, he tries to figure out the dumb way human beings attempt to co-exist with animals on this planet. And if we can't figure out how to do that, what chance does the guy with cheese dip for brains have?
Decades of Groo and I can't get enough. I continue to enjoy the simple pleasures that is this property and the team that brings it all together. It's a lot of fun to watch as Groo is seemingly inquisitive and curious about the village he's come to since it's changed so much and that makes for a lot of good silly moments as the villagers try to protect everything. The writing does some fun play on words and events and captures the panic of the locals and gives such great voice to Rufferto. And yes, Aragones continues to deliver some great stuff with so much going on that it's easy to get distracted by so many panels and what they're doing in them. Good clean fun. Read Full Review
