Commander Palmer confronts the traitor who has betrayed her team, as the Covenant closes in on their position. With time running out, Lasky is forced to make a costly sacrifice to save the peace delegation from the impending attack.
In the end, what I thought would have just been a good start for this series turned into something great. There is definitely potential to this progressing storyline and I can tell things can only get more interesting from here. There's a clear idea of what to expect, while still leaving much room to be surprised a long the way which is what I have always liked about Halo. Shooting Covies or Prometheans in the face can be fun, but this book looks to dive deeper than that which is what we look for in all Halo stories. Read Full Review

In the end, we're left with death, traitors (are they?), and even more questions about loyalty that I hope to God get answered by the time this series runs its course. That's really all you can ask for a sci-fi political comic. Bet ya didn't know that Halo ran so deep! Read Full Review
Its just all a little uninspired, and given the energy and depth of the source material, it certainly feels like were being sold short here. Three issues in, and it just doesnt feel like its going anywhere interesting a promise which, whilst suspiciously quiet in issue #1, was still there. I cant even confidently recommend this to current Halo fans let alone newcomers. Avoid. Read Full Review
