Overall I think Halo Escalation is head in a good direction if Schlerf can keep doing what he's doing now. The story is progressing naturally, yet at the same time giving Halo fans something to look forward to with certain stories coming full circle. I would look forward to the next issue just to see how everyone handles this revelation they got while under duress. Read Full Review
It's been a bit of a downer that the Halo: Escalation series has been disappointing since the first two issues. It started off with so much promise, but then it spiraled into another clich. I continue to hope that the mind-blowing twist will enter stage left with the next couple of issues, but I'm afraid I'm setting myself up for further disappointment.
