In a climactic battle atop a volcano, the reformed Hidden Society struggles to prevent the coming of the primeval fire god that threatens to wipe out all life on the planet-and may have to sacrifice everything they have to win the fight.
It's a standard showdown between good guys and bad guys that goes about how any reader would expect. That sketch-like plotting makes it difficult to invest in characters or plot developments, but it doesn't distract from some striking pages and panels. Read Full Review
