A riot breaks out at The Ashcroft Hospital. The possessed patients now run the asylum, while Dr. Waters and Alicia fight for their own survival. How can you escape a building designed to keep inmates inside? The patients are not alone. Someone has helped assist in the possession of these vessels of flesh and bone. Dr. Templeton has designs to take his revolutionary form of spiritual therapy into the outside world, converting more men and women into receptacles for the dead.
