Plot
Usagi pays a young man named Isamu to give her the location of the castle where Inuyoshi is keeping Yukichi trapped.
Usagi, Gen and Stray Dog free Yukichi, Inuyoshi's men pounce on them, but before starting the battle, a messenger from Inuyoshi warns that Jimmu has an army and kidnapped Iwata's food shipment, so Inuyoshi prefers make an alliance with Usagi to stop Jimmu.
Usagi's exciting colorful story arc that has all the ingredients that Stan Sakai has been perfecting: mystery, sword fighting, Japanese mythology, horror and that hypnotizing and dizzying narrative rhythm.
