‘Aquamen' keeps the proverbial foot on the gas as the series approaches a conclusion, continuing to showcase amazing action laced with strong deep character work and gorgeous colorful visuals. It can feel a little frantic, and with only one issue left it's hard to imagine how this will all wrap up smoothly, but the creative team has done a strong job so far and I have no reason to believe that's going to change. Read Full Review
Aquamen #5 is a below-average entry in the series. The art is very good, but everything surrounding the rescue plan, its execution, its operation, and even the original terrorist plot, is either convoluted, unnecessarily complicated or doesn't make sense. With one more issue in the series, there's time to end on a high note, but it will take a minor miracle. Read Full Review
The trend continues downward. It's crazy how there's this whole "saga" for a lack of a better word of all these disparate Aquaman related titles, and it all led to this wet fart of a miniseries.
