    (Cover Date: December, 1971) Summary #1: During the Rutland (VT) Halloween parade, Batman & Robin encounter the Reaper, who is involved in a series of murders of former Nazis. Summary #2: Batman uncovers a foreign spy ring, who plan to blow up a ship to make it look like the USA is responsible. Comments: The second story is from Detective Comics #37 (March, 1940).
