Featuring an "Origins and Omens" backup story! Oracle calls on Batgirl to investigate her newest operative, Infinity, to find out what she's made of. The answer is a lot more disconcerting to the team than they'd expect in this series finale!
Visually, I find it interesting that all the principalswho worked on this series seem tom have Qubcois origins. Bedard, St.Aubin andcover artist Roux all have typical Canadian names. Im not a fan of inker Floydand I think hes the reason the artwork looks so generic. This series has beengraced with strong artists in the past, but its not going out with a bangart-wise. This comic was OK, but the pacing was all out of whack. Well, the only thing left to say is that I'll be looking forward to picking up the "Oracle: The Cure" mini come March, which hopefully WILL NOT have Misfit appearing within it... I REALLY hate her! Read Full Review
"Birds of Prey" deserved a slightly stronger ending than this; it just doesn't really ring true as why the team would stop working together, and for long-time readers of the book it certainly can't help but be a little disappointing. It's by no means a bad book (and the main story's conclusion certainly functions well), but I wish there was a bit more punch to the team's end for now. Read Full Review
