Team RWBY returns to Gotham with a plan to help Batman retake Arkham Asylum and send the Grimm back to Remnant. But with time running short and the world merger fast approaching, the girls need to face down a corrupted Dark Knight in order to save both worlds from destruction!
The design of the Grimm Batman is nice and creepy, and he makes a compelling final villain for the series as we head into a last issue that has a lot to wrap upand I'm not sure it has enough time to do it smoothly. Read Full Review
There need to be more actual events going on for each character to have more of a presence on the page. This would also allow the threat to develop in a way that is much more engaging. It feels like Bennett tried to do too much in too small a span of time. Its very difficult to manage the kind of ambitious storytelling that Bennett is really trying to do with the series. The story needs to be large enough to fill six issues and interact with enough of the DC Universe to really live up to its title. However, there just isnt enough time for everything.
