A fun look at the DCU enjoying the summertime provides eight short stories worth checking out at the LCS. Seeing the heroes take a break from the more serious affairs allows for an enjoyable tour through the DCU. Plus you’ll never see Darkseid in the same light again. Read Full Review

Overall, this one was a lot more light and silly than your average DC anthology, but I did love how many Pride-adjacent stories worked in here. Read Full Review

I swear the Critics are A.I how the hell can you rate this in any positive way? For one it's false advertising of the worst kind, two it's gay gay gay, sprinkled with gay. Three it's cringe af.

So it's Hawkgirls summer and we only get one little story in the beginning of this ish which I may add is well drawn but is too short and we learn nothing of Hawkgirl who I feel should get better treatment than this.

Then the rest of the stories Hawkgirl is absent from, it's about characters who are non-binary they/thems who prefer to suck spaghetti through their bungholes. Its disgusting and irritating and honestly pandering as hell.

Poor Hawkgirl she will never get a Geoff Johns or Walter Simonson (2001-2004) treatment a more
