    It's unfortunate that the rest of DC will likely forget Rozum's story because Rozum updates the Scarecrow without betraying the original character. His characterization for Batman gives the world a nonchalant type of detective that's not trying to self-consciously recover from the past sins given to him by hacks.     Its unfortunate that one line of dialogue can effectively ruin an entire comic book. This story had decent potential but Rozum never really capitalizes on what could have been a decent filler. But Tom Mandrakes artwork saves this issue from never coming out of my comic bin again and I really hope that DC gives him a continuing job on a Batman title. Read Full Review
