Winick really showed some promise in this issue of Green Arrow. Now the real challenge is going to be how he explains Ollie's supposed "missing year" even though he's been very active in 52 and IC. That coupled with a few more down to earth arcs, (seriously man, enough with the monsters), and this series really stands a chance. Oh and giving Ollie some real rogues would also help.
