    This version of Wally West is really Wally West in name only. Ralph constantly complaining that Wally is not Barry. Captain Atom just a mannequin team leader. Rocket Red and Animal are great but most of the team is either unlikeable or barely gets any panel time (cough Power Girl). The charm from JLI is all but gone and this is just a standard superhero team book of the late 80s. Obviously its still decent but 2 issues in JLE pales in comparison to Giffen and JMD's prime JLI
