The biggest problem that I have with this issue however is that it continues to give the series a feeling like it is stalling. We knew Generation Lost would be a cat and mouse game between the former JLI and Maxwell Lord, but the series feels like it needs to take a big step forward at some point... and simply finding new powers for characters isn't accomplishing that goal.
