Lobo returns to his old teammates for the conclusion of "The Sons of Brainiac" arc! But can even the baddest bastich in the universe beat the brains and brawn of Brainiac? Will Lobo perform the first Brainiectomy or will the Last Czarnian become just another of the villain's lab subjects?
"R.E.B.E.L.S." continues to be a fun book that I suspect if you read, you'd enjoy too. It's not too late to give it a try; Bedard makes sure to explain what's going on at any given moment and not leave new readers in the dark. Can't you give it a shot for me? Please? Read Full Review
But the ending of the Brainiac battle was something of a letdown. That seemed to deflate the issue a bit. And I hope Lobo isn't a permanent addition to the book ... not when we already don't see enough of the other R.E.B.E.L.S. team members. I would still highly recommend this book to anyone who would listen to me. As I said above, Claude St. Aubin does some good work here. Read Full Review
