The villain of this story doesn't appear much this issue, but he intersects with Vandal Savage in a wonderfully creepy way that builds towards the big showdown next issue. The visuals on this man-turned-monster are some of the most horrific I've ever seen in a DC book, and it continues to be one of the most intriguing titles in Black Label's run. Read Full Review
