Andolfo is one of my favorite artists and the style of the art is beautifully vibrant. The style is visually compelling and the characters look fantastic. The action is visually thrilling and the details pop off the page. Read Full Review

The plot was never the point of Superman vs. Lobo"it seems to have been mostly humor and aesthetics, never rising to the standards of satire"but one would hope it could at least string together a finale issue. Read Full Review
Better than Action, the only regular Superman title left. And way better than Son of Kal-El. But that's not saying much these days. The best part about this issue was that it finally brought this 5th rate story to an end. I never was a Lobo or Wildstorm fan, so this issue offered little to interest or impress me.
When did DC give up on Superman? Seigel and Shuster would be tossing in their graves if they saw what passes for Superman comics these days.
This is really bad. It tries so hard to be funny, yet isn't. The amount of poor sex jokes that is in this one issue is astonishing. I really, really didn't find much of any value in this story. I don't think the writers know how to write these characters compelling, even Lobo. I'm pretty sure this is the same writing team that did that comic about porn called Money Shot. That's gotta be a dreadful read as well, given the caliber of jokes here. It's just a waste.
