    You may be thinking, Chip, why the glowing review? Why so lenient today? I have decided to stop reviewing this series. Looking at it critically month upon month is not something that I find particularly fulfilling anymore. Although I'm more than glad I ended on this one.     If you were expecting Scooby and the gang to actually team up with Batman in The Batman & Scooby-Doo Mysteries #9, youre in for disappointment. However, if youre a fan of the Kite Man animated series, or just the character in general, you will definitely enjoy this. Kite Man is treated as more of an anti-hero in this story, despite being a bumbling supervillain who cant seem to pull off crimes. Although it is strange to see a comic aimed at kids to subtly promote a show for adults, Kite Man is a character that works for all ages as well, and its fun to see him interacting with Shaggy and Scooby.
