It's not easy being Cecilia Sunbeam, the most famous actress in America...and it's harder still when you suddenly find yourself with a cybernetic arm! The all-out assault on the Green Team by class-warrior Riot has some VERY unexpected consequences, and no one's going to emerge unscathed!

DC Comics News - Daniel Gehen Jun 28, 2013

Baltazar, Franco and Guara deliver a solid, entertaining read that would serve as a fine addition to anyones pull list. The title has the potential to tell a really great story. The only question is, will its sales be good enough to allow for that story to be told? Read Full Review

Comic Vine - Jen 'Miss J' Aprahamian Jun 26, 2013

Bruce Wayne is just a guy with a lot of money; he's not particularly special or interesting except for the parts of his personality that make him Batman. Likewise, GREEN TEAM could just be a formulaic team superhero book with a bunch of kids whose power set consists of "is unbelievably wealthy," but it's the team's (and the book's) personality that really makes this title interesting. There's also plenty of groundwork being laid for exciting future issues -- only two of the team members have suited up, we don't know where Cecelia's robot-arm came from, and there have been teases about Deathstroke being hired for the team as a bodyguard -- so I'll be keeping this in my pulls to see where the story goes. Regularly pushing your incredulity, but somehow still managing to stay just within the zone of suspended disbelief. While the art feels mature already, the story and the characters are both feeling their way towards their potential. Read Full Review

This second issue still feels like Baltazar and Franco are laying the groundwork for the real story, but with the stakes rising on the book's final page, we might finally get a much-needed payoff next month. Read Full Review

Major Spoilers - Matthew Peterson Jun 30, 2013

This book is an odd one, both stylistically and in terms of the story being told, and to be honest, I don't expect it to be a permanent addition to the New Fifty-However-Many-It-Is-Now. That said, I like that it's not just another superhero title or Wildstorm revival, and kind of want it to succeed just because it's such an odd book, reviving an even odder one from a time when superheroes weren't the only thing in comics. Though flawed in places, The Green Team " Teen Trillionaires #2 makes for a decent read, and gets enough right to end up being an above-average comic. Read Full Review

Comic Book Resources - Jennifer Cheng Jul 1, 2013

It's not clear why DC wanted to revive this team for the New 52 Universe, and the creative team fails to make the team's mission necessary or coherent. Unfortunately, "The Green Team: Teen Trillionaires"#2 continues a weak start to this new series. Read Full Review
