Thanks to some hungry customers, the closing shift at George's Market has turned into a graveyard shift. Cleanup in aisle... well, all of them. Its a late night snack attack in George's market. Some of this series transpires in the Night of the Living Dead universe, most does not. None of the film's creators are involved in our creative.
The issue ends on a pretty shocking note in any case, and in combination with the gory severed-hand scene, as well as some pretty excellent dialogue (the rant from the grocery store owner was particularly entertaining), this is a pretty great issue overall. In terms of plot, not a lot happens, but there are a few interesting developments that make the issue a fun read. I have a feeling that issue 3 will provide a few more revelations for us with Trip and his friends, as they still have yet to vacate the grocery store. How they'll do so and when is anyone's guess. I'm on board with checking out more Dedication. It improved and I'm hopeful that it will do so again. I want to know how these characters fit into the bigger picture. I'll be back to figure that out and to see what comes of the zombie reveal in this issue. Read Full Review
