Barbarella takes an unexpected turn here but considering the Architects themselves and the scale of their plans, is it a surprise? Barbarella's able to help “birth” another universe into existence and that's pretty on track for her so it's easy to enjoy that in its basic form. The book does some fun stuff with it after it deals with the ethical issues of a hologram interrogating another species, but what's ethics at this point in a book like this? It's just doing its own strange thing with a lot of strange characters and having fun doing so. It's a solid installment as part of this run and I'm curious to see how it all wraps up and what it sets the stage for next. Read Full Review
