All in all, if you aren't already reading Sheena: Queen of the Jungle, I think I'd suggest waiting for the trade. Coming in with this issue would be like walking in on the middle of a movie. Granting that it is a good movie, this is one book best sampled in one sitting. Read Full Review
SHEENA: QUEEN OF THE JUNGLE (VOL. 2) #8 is an eventful and action-packed issue with plenty of plot movement and developments. De Souzas pacing, dialog, and plotting are all on-point, and the tone captures the glory of classic pulp adventures. That said, the art is inconsistent with rough spots in linework and coloring.
