    Turok: Dinosaur Hunter #7 is a comic that could easily have gone wrong. The writing is simple and its importance to the plot is perfectly middle of the road, neither essential nor forgettable. Nevertheless, the emotional impact that Pak, Miyazawa, and Anderson draw out of thetale make it a worthy addition to this consistently enjoyable series. It's probably not the best place to jump onto this series, but issue #7 sets Turok's second arc up for a tempting, potentlytragic, conclusion and thoroughly invests you in the struggle.     Overall, not my favorite issue. It didn't quite snap like the series has in the past, but it was still gorgeous and set up things that will obviously become relevant in the near future. There was a little bit of dinosaur-with-an-eyepatch, but not nearly enough. Hopefully he gets a hero shot next month, ripping out a pterodactyl's throat. Read Full Review
