There is so much to enjoy in Little Nemo: Return to Slumberland. Shanower's adventure is pure and entertaining and written for all readers. While being so all-encompassing, he also provides enough space for the artists to bring every detail to life. The issues warrant countless rereads, and no doubt those who do pick up the book will have an endless amount to discover in each and every page. It is fantastic to see the attention that has been given to such a wonderful property recently. Even more so, the attention and care that these creators have given to their story goes beyond what fans and new readers could have expected. Read Full Review

This was a good second issue for this fun all ages story. It's going to be a great read for children to get them further into the world of Little Nemo and it's fun for adults that remember Nemo to see a new adventure or even to read and share with children of their own. Seeing Nemo's change from being annoyed and argumentative over his name and even playing with a girl to him slowly accepting it all because of the wonders of Slumberland is fascinating to watch. It's going to be interesting next issue to see how Nemo reacts after the way this issue ended. Read Full Review

Little Nemo: Return to Slumberland #2 is another great issue of the series, really living up to the level of quality and luscious imagery we have seen so far. While it holds some of the same problems as the first issue, it also retains all of its strengths and continues to deliver on quite the experience. Definitely still recommended. Read Full Review

    Rhymes With Geek - J. Reifler Oct 30, 2014

This book charmed me and has won me over despite my initial expectation that it would be largely for children. While it's a great all-ages story that could appeal to a child there is enough of an actual plot that it's worth a look for older readers. I found it fun and the high quality of the art was quite the pleasure to take in from cover to cover. Little Nemo: Return to Slumberland is fun and charming series that pays a respectable homage to the original work. Take a look and buy it for a young comic reader in your life! Read Full Review
