The now mutant Harvey is loose in the city causing problems and has the mission to take the Turtles to a trap, Draxum plans to capture the turtles, what Draxum ignores is that the Turtles are experts in Chaos-Jitsu! and now their weapons have lights and some kind of power that is enough to finish Harvey and Draxum's plan.
