After a strong first issue, the story and the artwork take a hit with this installment. A predictable tale that doesn't seem grand enough and inconsistent visuals bog down an issue that should be a celebration of all things Picard. Jean-Luc deserves better! Read Full Review

The line work is tighter than in the previous installment, but the coloring is still splotchy when applied, and the splash pages have some compositional problems. However, the characterizations of Picard and Seven remain spot on, and the conflict at the story's core remains interesting. Read Full Review
